Remember:

A $50
deposit is required with your registration form.
Please note your
registration form will only be processed when payment is
received.

are non-refundable
and non-transferable,
as reservations are made immediately upon receipt of
registration form and deposit.

The balance
of your $160.00 payment ($100.00 for servers) is due two weeks prior to the Encounter. (Note:
if you are registering within 2 weeks of the Encounter, full
payment is due).

button below, click"Continue" under the section "Don't
have a PayPal Account?", then enter credit/debit and billing
info under "Credit or Debit Card Information"
